At Krystle Cole Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and original pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
